| Sampling | Simple random sample; One-stage stratified or systematic random sample;A simple random sample was used for the Survey of Employees Questionnaire (SEQ). A one-stage stratified sample was used for the cross-section sample for the Management Questionnaire (MQ). | ||||||||||||
