Do they make it difficult for you to... get a new job if you want one, cope with a job if you have one, to get on and get promotion in a job, manage your household business, help children read or learn things, to do the kinds of things you'd like to do in your spare time, to communicate with official people, to get your point of view across when you need to, to do other things?
