LabelIs agreement not assured
Question text I'd like to ask you a few questions to make sure what kind of agreement it is. There is a form of tenancy called 'assured shorthold'. Most new tenancies are of this type. There are also others, just called 'assured'. For these, you have to be given a notice in writing by the landlord that tells you it is NOT an assured shorthold agreement. Does your agreement or notice state that it is NOT an assured shorthold?
