Question text In law, a person is disabled if he or she has a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities. This might include people in each of the groups on the upper section of this card. Thinking first of someone with a physical impairment, such as someone who uses a wheelchair to get around or who has problems using their arms or hands. Thinking of people you know other than yourself, do you personally know anyone who is disabled in this way?
