Interviewer InstructionsInclude all winnings received in the last 7 days, not just from bets placed in the last 7 days. Winnings may be cash or credited into an account. Include only the respondent's winnings, not winnings they may have collected from someone else. Include: Bookmakers, Betting exchanges, Unlicensed Bet takers. Exclude: National Lottery, Scratch cards, Fruit machines, Pools, Premium Bonds, Casinos (online and in-person), Raffles, Bingo.
