IF A PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME JOB HELD CONCURRENTLY, ONLY COUNT YEARS IN FULL-TIME JOB TO AVOID DOUBLE COUNTING. PART-TIME WORKING IS DEFINED AS MORE THAN 15 HOURS A WEEK.
