Interviewer InstructionsSEQWTNR – the standard weight for the Survey of Employees, which accounts for variations in sampling fractions at both stages of the design (i.e. selection of the sample of establishments, and selection of the sample of employees within each establishment). Used to produce employee-level estimates from the Survey of Employees (e.g. the proportion of all employees who were satisfied with their job).

Study TypeCross-sectional (one-time) study. This study is taken from WERS 2004 which is the fifth in the survey series, with previous surveys carried out in 1980, 1984, 1990 and 1998.
