Question text The next task is a measure of how rapidly you can do something. In a moment I will ask you to work through this list as quickly as you can crossing out all the P's and W's. Start at the top left hand corner where the arrow is and work along the line. Then go to the beginning of the next line and work along the line again as if you were reading a page. Carry on this way crossing out all the P's and W's with one mark of pencil as in the example at the top of the page. Please work as quickly and as accurately as you can. The computer voice will tell you when to stop. When you are told to stop, underline the last letter on which you finish. Is this clear?
