Tthe trains are on time, the trains are frequent, the service runs when I need it, the service is stable and isn't regularly changing, the trains are clean, the trains are comfortable, feel personally safe and secure on the train, it is simple deciding the type of ticket I need, finding out about routes and times is easy, it's easy changing from train to other forms of transport, Tthe fares are good value.
