Interviewer InstructionsTry to motivate the respondent to agree in an interview with the employee representation. - For this project it is very important to get the views of both sides, management and employee representatives. - Stress confidentiality of information: Employee representative will not be given any information on the interview with the management (and vice versa). *The respective text element to be inserted here can be found in Annex 2.5 and has to be implemented in the correct grammatical form by the translator!
