LabelConsent to take urine sample
Question text I would like to take a sample of your urine. This simply involves you collecting a small amount of urine (mid-flow) in this container. The sample will be analysed for sodium (salt), so we can measure the amount of salt in people's diets. High dietary salt levels are related to high blood pressure, so this is important information for assessing the health of the population.
