LabelSelf Completion Q12c: In NI you dont have parties in opposition and so you dont get proper debates and hear criticisms of govt decisions
Question text After an Assembly election, our government is made up of ministers from all the different political parties. No single party ‘wins’ the election although the party which wins the most seats does get the most ministers. People have different opinions about how well government in Northern Ireland works when there are ministers from all the different political parties forming the government. Here are some of the things that have been said, how much do you agree or disagree with each of these statements? In Northern Ireland you don’t have a party or parties in ‘opposition’ and so you don’t get proper debates and hear criticisms of government decisions.
