Universe | The sample population for MCS was drawn from all live births in the United Kingdom over 12 months (from 1 September 2000 in England and Wales and for 59 weeks from 22 November 2000 in Scotland and Northern Ireland).;National;Teachers of MCS respondents in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland were contacted as part of the Teacher Survey in 2006. Teachers of MCS respondents in England completed the <i>Foundation Stage Profile</i> in 2006. | ||||||||||||
