Question text This question is about last week. Try to remember what this child did on each day last week and tick a box to show the amount of time spent exercising on each day. By “exercising” we mean any physical activity that left them feeling warm or at least slightly out of breath. This would include activities such as playing sport, cycling, running or brisk walking.
