STATION, THEY ECHO WHAT THE PERPETRATOR HAS BEEN SAYING ABOUT ME. THAT IS WHAT UPSET ME SO MUCH. I WAS PUT OFF MAKING A COMPLAINT AS MY COMPLAINT SEEMS TO HAVE GONE AGAINST ME. THEY HAVE LET ME DOWN. 1
TAND THIS IS NOT A ONE OFF SITUATION. YOU'D FEEL LIKE YOU WERE GETTING A BETTER SERVICE SOMETHING LIKE MY CASE HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 7 YEARS, WOULD BE BETTER IF THEY HAD SOME KIND OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE HISTORY OF THE CASE WHICH WOULD REASSURE ME SO THEY CAN 1
