Interviewer InstructionsPay should include commission, bonus payments and shift premiums, if applicable. Note: The amount was changed to ‘£6.08 or less per hour (£865 or less per month for a 37.5 hour week)’on the CAPI and CAWI programs on 04/01/12 to take account of the change in the National Minimum Wage rate for workers aged 21 years and older. Also on 04/01/12, paper Employee Profile Questionnaires (EPQ) showing the new amount were made available and the soft check below was added to the CAPI program.
