Question text IF FIRST ITEM AT [PreQ49]: Please tell me whether you agree or disagree with each of the following statements: IF NOT FIRST ITEM AT [PreQ49]: And how much do you agree or disagree with this statement? I feel a sense of satisfaction when I vote. People are so busy that they don't have time to vote. Most people around here usually vote in general elections. When people like me vote, they can really change the way that Britain is governed. Democracy only works properly if most people vote I would feel very guilty if I didn't vote in a general election. I would be seriously neglecting my duty as a citizen if I didn't vote. (Please take your answers from this card - CARD X)
