Question text Supposing an older person needs so much help with daily living that they need to move into a care home. There are different ways that this care home could be paid for. How fair are each of these? The government provides totally free care for everybody by having a special tax that you pay over your lifetime until you need care. Everybody has to pay this tax even if they don’t end up needing any care.
