Check total usual hours = [sum] with respondent and enter agreed total If total is not [sum] check that Usual hours (basic) = USUHR Usual paid overtime = POTHR Usual unpaid overtime = UOTHR 97 = 97 or more 99 = don’t know or refusal

Location of units of observation: National;Population: All persons normally resident in private households in Great Britain and (from 1994) Northern Ireland.

Sampling

Simple random sample;Four sampling frames are used. See documentation for details.
