| Question text | That is the end of the interview. We are grateful for your help with this very important project. Please accept this £10/£20/£25 [Show £25 if respondent is aged 18-24, else show £20 if in London or £10 out of London (based on sample) or £20 if part of recontact sample] worth of gift vouchers as a thank you for taking part. We are also conducting a short self-completion survey, and we would be very grateful for your help with this. All participants will receive another £5 voucher. Are you happy to take part ?
