Question text We want to learn about how you find, understand and use health information, and how you manage your health and interact with doctors and other healthcare providers. In this part of the questionnaire, the term healthcare providers means doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, dieticians and any other health worker you seek advice or treatment from. Please indicate how difficult or easy the following tasks are for you now. Feel able to discuss your health concerns with a healthcare provider.
