We may like to contact you again with questions relating to this survey or to help with other connected research for the Government or a charity. Would it be okay for us to contact you within the next 12 months? This will involve us keeping a secure record of your name, email address and/or telephone number for 12 months. Your contact details will not be used for any other purposes and will be destroyed after 12 months.
