Interviewer InstructionsWe are only interested in bets made with the respondent's money. These could be bets made by the respondent or by someone else but must be made with the respondent's money. Include Bookmakers, Betting exchanges, Unlicensed Bet takers. Exclude National Lottery, Scratch cards, Fruit machines, Pools, Premium Bonds, Casinos (online and in-person), Raffles, Bingo.
