Include only the respondent's winnings, not winnings they may have collected from someone else. Include Bookmakers, Betting exchanges, Unlicensed Bet takers. Exclude National Lottery, Scratch cards, Fruit machines, Pools, Premium Bonds, Casinos (online and in-person), Raffles, Bingo. | |||||||||||||||
