I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HAD HAPPENED, AFTER ME HAVING SPOKEN TO THEM THE CASE WAS REOPENED. 2
IDGE MAGISTRATE'S COURT IN A PRISON VAN, AND THEN HE CONFIRMED HIS NAME, HE PLEADED NOT GUILTY, AND THEY REMANDED HIM. AND THEN ONE WEEK LATER, HE'S OUT ON BAIL! AND THAT'S WHY THE OFFICER SAID THAT AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY SHOULD HAVE KEPT HIM IN CUSTO 2
NOT A CCTV CAMERA WHEN IT WAS. I AM STILL UNHAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME BUT THERE IS NOTHING ELSE I CAN DO. 1
R, AND THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION BUT THE DPA. I CALLED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AS THEY WERE IN BREACH OF THE DPA. BUT NO ONE HAS GOT BACK TO ME SINCE. 1
SO THEY CAN HAVE FURTHER TRAINING SO THEY ARE ABLE TO DEAL WITH SIMILAR INCIDENTS BETTER IN THE FUTURE. 1
T MY DISABILITY THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE WHERE I WORKED AND THAT THIS WAS WHY THE DIRECTOR HAD NOT WANTED TO INVOLVE THE POLICE. THEY FOUND SOMETHING ON THE OFFENDER'S RECORDS AND SAID THEY WERE GOING TO ARREST HIM RIGHT NOW. I F 1
THAT WHOLE AREA IS COMPLETELY COVERED BY CCTV, SO I'M SURPRISED THAT IT WASN'T CAPTURED. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WERE PEOPLE WATCHING IT ON LIVE CCTV BUT THAT IT DID NOT GET RECORDED. 1
